Senior Advisor EHS Corporate, Safety and Accelerated Learning Trainer with 20 years of industrial and advisory experience in environment, health and safety. He has academic and professional expertise in Environmental Sciences, Cognitive Psychology, and Occupational Safety applied to industry and organizational strategies.
It deals with risk assessment and improving business performance through the use of innovative tools in the fields of safety culture, leadership, environmental engagement, human factors, coaching, talent development, innovation in management systems, digitalization, and the design of predictive KPIs.
He collaborated with Federchimica (member of the GdL Health and Safety in the Workplace and speaker of Responsible Care in the field “Psychology and influence of behaviors for workplace safety and emergency management) and was a professor at the Master's Degree in Advanced Training, School of Ethics and Safety at the Catholic University of Milan, in the field of Safety and Security. E’ was Director of Deloitte. He is an advisor to DSS+, of which AR19 is a technical partner of DSS+.
He has been a team leader and Principal Consultant in ERM, operating in the automotive, chemical, energy, pharmaceutical, EPC, manufacturing, oil & gas, power, retail, and waste management sectors. It has carried out activities in Europe (Italy, France, Germany, Great Britain, Poland, Romania) and Africa (Tunisia, Morocco, Congo, Egypt) conducting over 300 EHS audits and analyses and behaviour change applied to the prevention of serious and very serious injuries and environmental protection. It deals with research, design and development of innovative strategies and methods in the field of Culture Security predictive analysis of the related causal factors.
E’ TTI® behavior analyst. He has extensive experience in environmental crime prevention and health and safety protocols (231), due diligence, compliance audits. He previously worked in Enel, IBM, Geodis Logistics. He collaborated with Luigi Bocconi University in Milan on the management of environmental critical issues in the conduct of corporate business activities.
