Introduction
The aim of this catalog is to provide a broad range of training and transformation programs for skills and organizational culture, dedicated to companies and their employees.
Aimed at enhancing skills , developing talent , supporting corporate welfare and promoting organizational culture in the areas of management, risk, safety, the environment and sustainability .
The offering includes courses compliant with current regulations and proposals for management training, language development for business, auditing skills, developmental paths for organizational well-being, crisis management, team development, and productivity improvement.
The initiative is the result of the strategic alliance between AR19, ASEI Business School and Officina Sicurezza Ambiente , who jointly design, organize and deliver courses and programs to support companies, protect people, well-being, assets and reputation , helping to enhance the company mission , the attraction of talent and business results.
Delivery methods vary between in-person courses and synchronous or asynchronous distance learning. The programs are interactive and utilize innovative accelerated learning methodologies. Courses can also be funded through Interprofessional Funds.
The Courses
The courses highlighted in blue* below are eligible for funding up to 100% (subject to verification by the Fund).
Using interprofessional funds allows companies to develop training plans that benefit human resources and business development, reducing the costs of continuing education. Joining an interprofessional fund allows companies to use the 0.30% INPS contribution on their salaries subject to contributions (already paid by companies for their employees) to upgrade their staff's skills.
Joining the Interprofessional Funds is simple and free.
Generally, courses lasting at least 8 hours can be financed, based on specific training opportunities offered throughout the year. Greater flexibility is possible if a company training account is available. Our Group can also handle the administrative, preparatory, and management aspects.
