Governance, compliance, and process development support dedicated to the Global HSE function of an international client, one of the largest global players in the luxury sector.

Approach (by lines of work):

Selection and secondment of a dedicated resource coordinated by the client's HSE function, with activities carried out at the Milan and Geneva offices;
Specific support in the development of processes and systems relating to:
- Security Policies;
- Physical Security;
- Incident Investigation;
- Fire Strategy;
- Environmental Assessment and Chemical Tools.
