Scope:
AR19's involvement in EHS compliance audits and applicable industrial best practices standards at the four companies: AEB (parent company), Gelsia (gas distribution, electricity production and distribution, cogeneration, and district heating), Gelsia Ambiente (MSW management), and Reti Più (gas and electricity distribution).

Approach (by lines of work):

Initial document analysis;
On-site visits to offices and production and logistics areas with in-depth interviews;
Identification of existing gaps and shared reporting, including action proposals both for the resolution of gaps and for the introduction of innovative approaches to EHS culture in the sector
