Scope:
Review the adequacy and effectiveness of the entire safety system to support the improvement and evolution of measures, drawing on best practices in relevant sectors, including the introduction of innovative digital solutions.

Approach (by lines of work):

• Coaching and operational support activities on construction sites;

• Holistic assessment framework: focus on material areas (risks, processes, etc.);

• Key evaluation elements;

• Application at strategic and operational level in the field (selected sites/construction sites);
