Purpose:
Verify compliance with HS regulations and ISO 45001 management system from an operational point of view, detect strengths and weaknesses of HS Culture and HS Leadership expressed in the field (linear construction site of more than 30 km and at a gas plant)

Approach (by lines of work):

Preliminary documentary analysis;
Remote and field interviews;
Audit at sites and construction sites;
Field observations and interaction/coaching with workers and supervisors;
Preparation of a compliance report and safety culture elements functional to the activity or to be improved with a predictive perspective for risk control.
