Survey of skills and perception of weak signals and analysis of gaps;
Synchronous and asynchronous e-learning awareness development «pills»;
Application training for weak environmental signals and EHS;
Development of remote (smart helmet) and in-person environmental coaching training modules with identified Champions;
Research activities with the University of Padua and Eni on the psychological factors that are crucial for promoting pro-environmental managerial and operational behavior.
