Scope:
To train an Italian operations manager to manage health, safety, and environmental aspects, as well as related human resources, for a one-year secondment to a business unit in an Asian country.
Approach (by lines of work):

Preliminary computerized TTI personal analysis and subsequent one-to-one feedback of the results (observable behaviors, communication styles, motivators) through debriefing and setting up an individual development plan;

2.5 days of technical training and coaching in interpersonal and organizational communication, comparing TTI results with the characteristics of the expected role and with respect to the cross-cultural value differences of the recipient country.
