Scope:
Engagement of the AR19 team to assess the company's safety culture against international best practices, with a particular focus on operational discipline regarding company procedures and operational risk management. Verification of compliance with all safety requirements and compliance regulations and development of an improvement roadmap to define actions to be implemented in the short to medium term.

Approach (by lines of work):

Distribution of a safety culture questionnaire to all employees
Document analysis and health and safety compliance audits
Interviews with managers and supervisors/shift leaders and focus groups during field activities
Visits to construction sites under Title IV and Title I and to production sites, supporting operators during ordinary plant installation/maintenance activities.
Prepare a report describing gaps and strengths, indicating improvement actions for both culture and the system. Prepare a high-level improvement plan (roadmap).
